FMB SKETCH

Fmb sketch using patta number - First we will know about Patta, Chitta and Fmb Map on this page. A document which ensures a person of his rights towards a particular property is called Patta. A patta comprises of the patta number, survey number, the name of the owner, category type of the land, size and measurement of the land. A holder of patta plays a significant role during the purchasing or selling of a particular land.

FMB refers to Filed measurement book. It contains the map of the land which is a government record. The dimension of the land can be viewed through this FMB. It is kept at village administration office or revenue department of Tamilnadu. The site maps can be plotted by using the measurements given in the Field measure books. During surveying of the site. Fmb sketch is used to find out the particular land and if they find any correction in the measurement that can be changed by the permission of the higher authority. 

It contains individual survey number. By using the survey number maps can be found out and taken for reference. It is the collection of data which is called as a volume in Thasildar office.

Chitta is an extract from patta which gives ownership details. It showcases information about the number of lands which are owned by a person in a particular area. Chitta can be obtained from two websites they are Eservices.tn.gov.in and Clip.tn.giv.in. In rural areas it is known by the name patta chitta while in urban areas it is known by the name TSLR. Rural area people can obtain their patta chitta from both the websites i.e. Eservices.tn.gov.in and https://clip.tngov.in. Urban area people can obtain pattachitta only from one website which is clip site.

Tamilnilam

Filed measurement book ( FMB ) is a record which records the dimensions of a land. It has the sketch of a land with its respective measurements. the measurements which are presented in blue color are the measurements of a concerned persons land while the measurements presented in ed color are the survey numbers of the land which are beside the concerned person land, the survey numbers are written in the sketch to clear confusions.

Patta Transfer status

A person can get their respective sketch of a land by making or placing a request to the tahsildar of their area. Tahsildar office maintain the sketch of the lands known by the name FMB. Patta can be obtained by entering the patta number and survey number or by entering the first three letters of the owner in tamil. Chitta can be obtained by entering survey number or entering the first two letters of the owner name in tamil. In case of Fmb, both patta number and survey numbers are mandatory. FMB cannot be obtained without patta number and survey.
