Under this policy land is given to another person for cultivation or other agricultural land. But it is given to the person who doesn't have agricultural land.

Residential purpose

It is given for construction of house. But house should be build in the given period of time.

Temporary Patta

It comes under pond basis for lease and afforestation purpose. The town survey land register and other local land register are the main authorities.
